Our History and Mission
As immigrants seeking a better future, our lives changed forever when our son was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy. Rather than letting this challenge define us, we turned our pain into purpose. Driven by love and determination, we pursued careers in healthcare—one as a Nurse Practitioner, the other as a Behavior Analyst—to provide the best care for our son and support other families in similar situations.
Along this journey, we met a remarkable Nurse Practitioner who shared our vision and became an essential part of our mission. Her compassion and dedication strengthened our resolve to create something meaningful.
Understanding firsthand the struggles of caring for children with complex medical needs, we founded Extended Kids Care (PPEC)—a place where children receive expert medical care, therapies, and unwavering support in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our mission is to empower children, support families, and build a stronger community. We believe every child deserves love, dignity, and opportunity. Extended Kids Care is more than just a healthcare center—it is the fulfillment of our life’s purpose.
